Three steps to a new smile
Personalized evaluation
We discuss your needs, smile goals, concerns and health conditions, and capture CBCT imaging to determine your candidacy. Most patients are already candidates; if you have bone loss or gum disease, we recommend preliminary treatment first.
Precise implant placement
You check in and are taken to your private suite. Once you are comfortable, we place four or more implants into pre-planned positions in your jawbone. Patients typically report only minor discomfort, if any.
Final restoration
Your treatment site heals for three or more months while each implant fuses with the jawbone (osseointegration). That bond is what gives implants their stability. After healing, you return for your final restorations.

Dr. Nish Patel provides general, cosmetic, and restorative dental services for families in Bradenton, FL, and surrounding communities. He has obtained dental degrees from both the United States and India, and completed many hours of postgraduate education in order to provide high-quality, patient-focused dentistry.
He received both a Bachelor of Dental Science (BDS) in India and a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), graduating Magna Cum Laude with thesis honors, from the University at Buffalo, New York. He later completed a General Practice Residency at Staten Island University Hospital, NY, and is an alumnus of The Dawson Academy.
